Madame X - Tess Gerritsen

More about Madame X An important finding in the basement of the Crispin Museum sets in motion the complicated machine that combines print, scholars and law enforcement. This is a mummy, Madame X, for carbon-14, is traced back to two thousand years ago, but, under the scanner of the tac inside reveals a disturbing surprise: a bullet.
Taking a closer examination showed that the bullet is stuck in the bone at the calf and is covered with callus. That is to say that the bullet has lodged in his leg (now) when the victim was still alive ... but how is it possible?
Detective Jane Rizzoli and his collaborator Frost, investigate to solve the yellow. Meanwhile, other macabre souvenirs are found inside the museum.
It seems therefore that there is a serial killer who leaves his "artifacts" in order to intimidate someone.
But who are the women found the form of mummies, tsantse or other? How many years ago have disappeared?
will be for the police to get the truth.
I must admit I expected a much more compelling and engaging novel, given the positive comments I had read.
I considered the character of the medical examiner, Maura, rather irrelevant, as the murky history with its "impossible" lover.
Detective Frost there is even a very good figure, if not the end, while Jane Rizzoli is the only one who seems to understand something about the intricate story.
The reading is smooth and pleasant, but lacks pathos and action is reduced to a few final pages.
I do not know, I was not particularly excited, but not recommended because different techniques are in-depth about the mummification and the preservation of bodies that resulting interest to the layman.

25th Bday Invitations

My concerts

The most beautiful!

6 ° Ramazzotti 2003
is certainly not a concert where you can mosh, dance, drink cocktails at the tape, screaming without a voice, get a pneumonia because ... come out all sweaty
fact is all Contrary to this, but remember ... he was glad the tour of his finest albums ("9") and in the evening replete with the Forum emotions are not missed. Then
.. those who were there remember it well because the ratio between the best memories, though bittersweet.

5 th 2008
A Springsteen concert came about almost by accident, no one wanted to come .. then throw it there to my sister who does not think a second and tell me ok!
Although I am not much knowledge of the Boss .. I do not would never have expected a gig like that.
Overwhelming ... more than three hours dancing, jumping, groped to sing .. you could not sit still. The grand finale
breached the time Closing (with lots of controversy, so much to be denounced in charge of the organization) Irish dancing with my sister and a group quite tipsy.
Born to Run!

4 ° Ac Dc 2010
I could not go see the legendary Australian band.
Although now have my father's age, their successes are always evergreen.
addition to the concert (nice, even if voice and the rest you can see the years roll on) what made the difference is the whole outline.
The trip to Udine, Castle beers a little hot a little frost, Giorgio in great shape, the Nonino grappa, the crossing out of the bathroom with the legendary Paul, pizza Penguin ..

2006 West 2 nd
You see that 2006 was the year of concerts "delusional." This great artist

Check with the Clio with the usual Red Fink Brau and chips .. 2:00 to 3:00 in rounds Caipiroska .. and the concert took off.
entrance with us ... Big Fish concert a bomb .. a mix of disco and concert .. and inside was like being abroad .. few Italians, and most probably of foreigners here on business or Erasmus. Give 5 to
Cattelan after pissing in the bathroom ... Before August
spectacular stops Dj Federico (more outside of us) and says, indicating me, "he's a friend of Daniel Bossari" with ... I'll add that I would have welcomed .... And then it goes without saying that it is a great MondoMarcio
In late evening beaks Oba Oba Martins .. in August when more and asked what was he doing there .. and he says he is afraid of going home.
After the concert ended with music by disc until late .. and the next day at work! Touch the Sky

Removing Phlegm From An Infant

Jezabel - Irène Némirovsky

Incipit: A woman entered the cage of the accused. Despite the pallor, despite looking tired and distraught, she was still beautiful, with only her eyes, exquisite form, were marred by tears and her mouth had a bitter twist, but she looked young.
incipit It may seem like any other, any way to begin the telling of a story, but it is not.
Jezabel is a book to read and then read again in order to understand the true meaning of the words in the crescendo of history have been specially chosen by the author.
The story begins with the murder trial against Eyesenach Gladys, who was convicted of murdering a boy of twenty with a blow from her own gun.
The woman immediately professes guilty and provides its own version of events, trying to avoid further questioning during the trial, but why? Why not try somehow to defend themselves? Reading this book will discover, step by step, but with increasing curiosity, the secrets of Gladys.
A sad story in which a beautiful woman who has always lived to feel loved and flattered, fighting desperately against old age, a monster that is in hot pursuit, but to which she tries in every way to escape coming to perform acts humanly considered crazy.
A selfish woman, perhaps because of fear, terror.
In some passages the thoughts of Gladys deeply sadden the reader who gets in his shoes and looking for compatible, although, in reality, wants to shake her, make her wake up, make them appreciate what he has, that she could continue to have, but that instead of constantly breaking down. Finally
beautiful cover art, reflected in a single photo the essence of the beauty of the protagonist.
I learned that the author (who died at Auschwitz 39 years) it seems that, in writing Jezabel, has drawn a lot from conduct of his own mother.

Mexican Fabric Softener Yahoo

Tonight I'm sad.
Thus began the meeting with an important man. I wrote to thank the Lizard Fall back in town after a few days in Sicily to him, in early summer. Bring it on Drinking wine in the library coffee houses that I often summer. We walk and retrace our steps, does not know what's wrong, it's sad and there's nothing I can control her sadness. Tarot cards and do not get answers tonight. We walk and we arrive at the metro, wants to be lonely and sad, hug him.
Tonight my loneliness is happy. Caress a lightness of heart that I have long desired. I feel invisible, with the grace to pass by without catching the eye. And 'that happened this morning I was in places that were My 10 years ago, now lives only in memory. 10 years ago it was before Sept. 11, when many of us still thought of changing the world, the digital revolution rewrite the rules. 10 years was a time of great discussions on the future, then the shock that has frozen in an eternal present, uncertain. Today I have new wings, the weight that held me to the ground is gone and I'm ready to Florence. Tomorrow
introduce the pamphlet. The cuckoo, kitchen via de'Serragli library district, the Holy Spirit, that was my first to come to Milan. In the homeland I confess, to tell the story of the incident publicly as the yardstick against which to me was an echo of the plane in Pirelli Tower, which was the deja vu of the twin towers, how long that sadness has been with me, to put something in writing. Tomorrow night I'll be sure not sad.

Sitting On The Estomach

The girl's portrait - Paul Torday

I bought this book for the enthusiastic comments I read around ... at the beginning of reading, I began to doubt the veracity of these comments, but I read and gradually coming to an end, I enjoyed myself.
The protagonist, Michael, is a middle-aged man very staid, predictable, and certainly not an exciting type short.
His wife, Elizabeth, married him perhaps more for a desire for security and stability for love.
Their life runs like a straight line between dinner with members of the club and a golf course.
One day, while the couple and guests at the country house of some friends, Michael sees a small painting and watching him carefully. On the bottom, a little 'fuzzy, note the image of a woman dressed in green. When I later returned to cover the picture, the woman is gone, will the imagined?
This mysterious girl of the portrait will again meet Michael's life over and over again in different circumstances. He will say his name Lamia, but who or what is the Lamia? The Lamia, Greece, according to some beliefs, is a demon and half woman and half serpent is portrayed as a vampire-looking figure of a woman with a long green dress
Moreover, the question is: Michael sees the real or it is a consequence of the fact that he stopped taking the Serendipozan (a drug for people suffering from schizophrenia)?
Meanwhile, Elizabeth, who was unaware of all known changes which Michael becomes more cheerful, bright and unpredictable and their relationship improves considerably, but until when?
The reading continues and grows more and more the need to know and, in the epilogue, we understand many things, but we will continue to ask questions even after you close the book ...
Very interesting digression on schizophrenia and scientific advances relating to it it seems as if the author asks if in fact they are not all the people so-called "normal" to have something less than the schizophrenics, the ability to see and hear everything that surrounds us and that is invisible to much of the common people.
