simple reflections on the importance of public transport, by comparing my experience in Italy and in Denmark.
In Italy, unfortunately, the idea of \u200b\u200busing public transport is not well received by most people: this idea because public transport is linked to a fundamental idea in the negative. Who has not experienced the skin delays, cancellations, bus schedules and indicative never real ... not talk about bad hygiene conditions of assets and relatively high costs compared to the quality of service provided.
I was lucky enough to see how things work in Denmark, Copenhagen.
Here the buses are always on time, if the bus has to go to 15:18, you can be sure it will pass without any delay. If it is early, waiting at the stop time to resume his career.
It 's true, the tickets are expensive, but I'd rather pay more and have an impeccable service. Why things work in Copenhagen and in Italy is not it? Here because we want things to go well. People make the ticket, and if you do not do it will certainly be fined by the large number of inspectors who check that the correct rules are followed.
Finally I would add one final note: we use the bicycle! E 'healthy, can go anywhere, is cheap and environmentally friendly!
Obviously, anyone would bother to create bike paths in our beautiful country ... there will be a way out of these continuous casting of concrete for the construction of many roads?
